Registration Policies
This year's registration period will be comprised of 2 phases. The overall registration will run from March 3rd 2014 to June 17th 2014.
The tournament is using "N=1" rule, which means that the number of teams registered per institution must be equal to the number of adjudicators per institution.
When team registration has been completed, please proceed to "Accommodation Request Form" as this year, we offer you choices of accomodation. Accommodation requests must also be made within the registration period. Thereafter, our registration team will email the invoice to the team manager (*please note that payment is expected to be completed before June 30th 2014*). Subsequently, proof of payment acquired after the transaction should be uploaded at the "Payment" section of the website, marking your officially complete registration.
Regarding accommodation, please visit our accommodation section to arrange necessary accommodation for you and/or your team(s) as soon as you have registered. Once you have completed the accommodation form, our accommodation team will email the team manager to confirm your requested accommodation. Each choice is limited in capacity and will be arranged on a first come, first serve basis. Thus, we apologise in advance if we cannot arrange accommodation as according to your first choice. Nonetheless, you will be informed in the event that your accomodation request cannot be fulfilled.
In addition, every participant must download the code of conduct form. Such form requires the signature of your guardian or your own signature (only if you have attained the age of majority). Please bring the code of conduct form with you to submit to us on the arrival day.

Phrase I (March, 3rd - April, 15th)
At this phase, each institution is allowed to register 1 team with a team adjudicator. Moreover, you are advised to identify the overall numbers of teams you are intending to send. This is so we can consider the necessity of expanding the team cap of the tournament. Please proceed to registration for accommodation to secure the accommodation of your choice.
Phrase II (April, 16th - June, 15th)
During this phase, each institution is allowed to register up to the maximum of 3 teams with team adjudicators. Moreover during this phase, you must fill in the accommodation form as soon as possible in order for the invoice to be made and your transaction to be made on time. After this phase, a list of registered teams will be uploaded to the website in order for you to check the status of your institution. Payment can be made during this phase until June 30th 2014.
Payment (April, 16th - June, 30th)
Payment period will run from April 16th 2014 until midnight on June 30th 2014 - local time (GMT+7). We will send an email reminding the teams that have not made their transaction 3 days prior to the dateline. In the event that you have not completed the transaction on time, your invoice will expire, allowing teams on the waiting list to immediately gain your slot as our registration team will immediately send an invoice to the team on the waiting list. Such teams will then have to complete their transaction within one week after receiving an email from our registration team.
